GALVESTON, Texas - Some Hurricane Ike-battered school districts want state help in paying their higher insurance premiums. GALVESTON, Texas (AP) - Most free parking is disappearing from downtown Galveston as the city replaces Hurricane Ike-damaged meters with high-tech versions.
