The Lafayette City-Parish Council is now reconsidering the controversial Go Cup Ban. This comes two weeks after defeating the measure in a 5-4 vote. LAFAYETTE, La. (AP) - The Lafayette City-Parish Council will once again take up a proposal to ban go-cups and other open alcoholic containers, two weeks after defeating the measure in a 5-4 vote.
