Handicapped Man Shot and Killed in New Iberia

Deputies in Iberia Parish are investigating the shooting-death of a man who was confined to a wheelchair. Family members identify the victim as 57 year old Robert Butler. He was found dead of several gunshot wounds in his home on Angie Street in New Iberia, just before 1:00 p.m. Tuesday.... more »
