(CNN WIRE) - An Okeechobee 18-year-old is accused of beating up a 16-year-old boy with autism, and the attack was recorded and posted online, according to an incident report from the Okeechobee City Police Department.
The 18-year-old and an adult have been arrested in connection with the case.
