COVINGTON, La. (AP) - A 30-year-old Mississippi man has been convicted of sexually abusing a 12-year-old Franklinton girl. A St. Tammany Parish jury deliberated for about an hour Tuesday before finding Skyler Jenkins, of Kokomo, Miss., guilty as charged of the sexual battery that occurred in Mandeville in June 2009.... more »
