Splash pads now open in Eunice

Posted: Updated:
EUNICE, LA -

The new splash pads are now ready for visitors in Eunice.  They'll be available from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm daily, and officials will hold a formal ribbon cutting next week.

City officials would like to remind you of a few rules while enjoying the splash pads:

 1. Please respect all areas that are roped off or barricaded and do not drive or park beyond those areas.

2. Please refrain from walking on the fresh dirt work, as grass seeding has been planted. Sidewalks are present to access each park.

3. Please discard all waste into the waste containers at each location. We want to keep our parks clean and we need your help.

4. Please read the rules printed on the signs and respect others at the parks.

One splash pad is located at the Old Fairgrounds Park in Eunice the other according to officials is located near 901 Duck Avenue.
