Police asking for help locating missing Crowley woman.

Police are asking for help from the public locating a missing Crowley woman. 

Christy Hoffpauir was last seen on April 27, 2018, at 4:29 a.m., leaving a residence on W. Hutchinson Avenue in a burgundy Ford F-150 extended cab pickup bearing Louisiana license number W790103. Police say she does not answer her phone and she has not been active on social media websites.

Detectives believe Hoffpauir may be in Jennings or Lafayette. 

If anyone has any information on Hoffpauir's whereabouts, contact Detective Luke Fontenot with Crowley Police Department at (337) 788-4133.

    A state judge sentenced a Lafayette man to seven years in prison for his conviction on a cruelty to a juvenile charge. Riad Adnan Qarib was found guilty of the charge by a jury in January.  Qarib was accused of allowing his girlfriend's five-year-old son to inhale heroin from a hookah while in his care and custody. The Department of Child and Family Services received the report and contacted the Lafayette Police Department who investigated the allegations, reported Stutes. ...
