Family of missing man out of Lafayette asking for public's help

Posted: Updated:

The family of a missing Lafayette man is asking for help from the community to locate him after over a week with no communication from him.

Lafayette police and the family say that 36-year-old Kyle Hall was last seen at the Walmart on the Evangeline Thruway on Saturday, February 3. Kyle's sister, Loni Hall, says that he was driving a Navy Blue Mazda MPV van. A photo of the vehicle has been provided.

Flyers have also been made by those helping in the search in an effort to spread the word on his disappearance.

If anyone has seen him or knows where he might be, please call the Lafayette Police Department.

"If anybody can just keep their eyes open for his vehicle or him, he's impossible to miss; the man's 6'6" and extremely personable. He's the kind of man you won't forget if you meet him, so just if anyone sees anything or hears anything, please just let the authorities know," said Kyle's friend, Jean Poupart.
