AES OL Michael Remondet chooses Tulane on Signing Day

Michael Remondet signs with Tulane Football as an Offensive Lineman. Alison Burgess signs with Christopher Newport University Tennis.

Northwest: Wide Receiver August Pitre signs with Rice. Defensive Lineman Keshawn Jackson signs with Trinity Valley Community College

From Acadiana High: Elisha Sion signed with Dodge City, Bishop Breaux signed with Northwestern State, Chase Alleman signed with Lindenwood, 
D'quanis Robertson signed with Hutchinson 

From Ville Platte High School, Jaishaun Doucet committed to Louisiana College.

At Gueydan High School Spencer Broussard committed to Louisiana College

Assembly Christian School's Jonah Wolfe signed to play at Texas College

Three Cecilia football players committed Wednesday. Kaleb Carter will play at Louisiana, Kerrick Alexander will play at Trinity Valley Community College and Ryan Malbrough will play at Kansas.

Carencro High School saw eight athletes sign today, most to play football. Treylon Barnaba and Keon Jean-Batiste will play at UL, Jalen Angelle at Northwestern State, Skyron Littleton at Texas Southern, Chance Prejean at Gustavis (MN,) Ava Jones will play basketball at LSUE, Braylon Chaisson will play basketball at Lamar State and Tyron Scott will run track at Southern. 

Israel Washington III of Franklin Sr. High School signed with The University of North Alabama

At St. Thomas More, there were 7 athletes signing today. 4 in football, 3 in soccer. Jude Joseph and Brandon Gannon head to UL.

Johnathan Harding chose Air Force.

Cade Broussard also committed to play football at Millsaps. Three STM ladies committed to play soccer, Mattie Marks at Mississippi College, Lindsey Reaux at Southeastern and Caroline Morton at Nicholls

Eight at Westgate signed to play college football. Tyran Davis at Arkansas Monticello, Deondre Spencer at Independence Community College, Jansen Mayea isa Preferred Walk-On at LSU, Jessie Badeaux at Hiram College, Ernest Dejean at Pima Community College, Dontre' Antoine at Hocking College, Dovondra Louis and Quavondlon Jacob at Reedly College.

Franklin's Israel Washington III signed to play football at University of North Alabama.

Six student-athletes Jeanerette Senior High signed on to college with full scholarships. Headed to Bacone College are Dillion Lively, Jacalix Lundy, De'Andrick Keal, Christian Alexander & Wendell Marks. Choosing Arkansas Baptist was Marquese Colbert.

Christopher Singleton of Central Catholic High School in Morgan City signed with University of Arkansas

    One woman is dead after a homicide that happened just after midnight on May 25, 2018. Officers say her body was found in the 1200 block of Lurose Drive in Crowley.
