St. Landry Parish Crimestoppers: January 31, 2018

Detective Andy Lorah returns to Crime Stoppers and needs your help in locating the thieves that are responsible for a home burglary in St. Landry Parish.  
    
On January 12, 2018, deputies were dispatched to 4035 Highway 359, Washington for a burglary of a residence. On January 11th, surveillance cameras were able to capture two black male suspects at the home.  One of the suspects is seen wearing an ecko-un-ltd hoodie and possibly had dreadlocks with bleached ends. 

Stolen were a black 60" LG flat screen television, an orange Husquvarna chainsaw model 350, a Hoover vacuum, a black 15" Zenith television, and other additional household items. The total loss of value was listed at over $2,000 dollars.

    Ville Platte Police have arrested a local man in connection with a Sunday shooting death in the city. Darius Armondo Arvie, 24, was booked with second degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
