Family of missing persons invited to event in Breaux Bridge Feb. 3

Posted: Updated:

There will be an event to remember missing people on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018, from 11 am to 1 pm at Hardy Parc in Breaux Bridge in honor of National Missing Persons Day.

The event is being organized by the family of Crystal Dupuis Grebinger, who has been missing from Lafayette since 2013.

"You never know when it's going to be your loved one," said Randy Dupuis, Crystal's father. "We want to make sure that everyone else in the state who has a missing loved one is honored as well. To let you know, don't give up. Always look for that person and always look for evidence, or for someone that may know something."

Families are invited to attend the ceremony, bring pictures and speak about their missing loved one.

The Governor's Office is signing the proclamation for all who are missing in Louisiana.
