A baby battling the flu was saved by his father who gave him CPR.

Aaron St. Pierre was standing outside his home in Norco on January 16 when he heard his wife scream from inside, according to the St. Charles Herald-Guide. The couple's seven-month-old son had been battling the flu and had been dealing with congestion. When St. Pierre got inside, he found his wife holding their baby who was not breathing.

The father gave his son CPR for about two minutes before he felt his son gasp for air and started crying.

"It's the happiest I've ever been to hear a baby cry," St. Pierre said.
