Looking for someplace to ring in the New Year. Our partners at The Advocate have created a list of some of the places in Acadiana that are open on New Year's Eve.

AT CHILDREN'S MUSEUM OF ACADIANA: 10 a.m., 201 E. Congress St. Lafayette. Enjoy the annual New Year's Noon and Carnival Countdown with outdoor activities and indoor play in all exhibits. $1 for members; $8 for nonmembers. Carnival game tickets are 25 cents each. AT THE SAINT STREET INN: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., 407 Brook Ave., Lafayette. Featuring music from Devils & Trains with special food menu and seasonal drinks. Call (337) 534-8112 to make your reservations. 

AT SOCIAL SOUTHERN TABLE & BAR: 10:30 a.m., 3901 Johnston St., Lafayette. Featuring regular brunch menu and some specials as well as complimentary champagne. Call (337) 456-3274 to make your reservations. 

AT POUR: 4 p.m., 1 Degaulle Square, Lafayette. Complimentary champagne toast at midnight followed by a balloon drop, raffles and music from Casey Courville from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the bar. 

AT LEGENDS: 7 p.m., 413 Jefferson St., Lafayette. DJ Digital brings the music as patrons enjoy free champagne at midnight. $5 cover, Balloon drop with $300 cash at midnight; VIP tickets-$50- Covers entry fee and open bar until midnight. Tickets can be purchased at the Annex location. 

LEGENDS PUB: Kings of Karaoke La karaoke/dance party $5 cover.  Free party favors and champagne at midnight. The kitchen is open until 1:45 a.m.

AT THE JEFFERSON STREET PUB: 8 p.m., 500 Jefferson St., Lafayette. The seventh annual Black & White affair with music from DJs Greenlight and Scalez.

AT WAREHOUSE 535: 8 p.m., 535 Garfield St., Lafayette. Ring in 2018, dancing to the music of Lafayette's Bayou Boys at this "Honky-Tonkin' for Hospice" benefit event. $25 and up at eventbrite.com

AT SCANDALS NITE CLUB: 8 p.m., 1801 W. Pinhook Road, Lafayette. DJ Mooch provides the music. VIP tickets and bottle service available. $15 in advance, $20 at the door. scandalslafayette.com

AT COWBOYS NIGHTCLUB: 8 p.m., 207 N. Ambassador Caffery Parkway, Scott. The ragin' Cajun Jamie Bergeron and his band, the Kickin' Cajuns, perform into 2018. 

AT ARTMOSPHERE: 9 p.m., 902 Johnston St., Lafayette. Enjoy music from the Pine Leaf Boys and the New Natives Brass Band during this special concert. 

AT THE GROUSE ROOM: 9 p.m., 1919 Kaliste Saloom Road #303, Lafayette. Krossfyre performs at the bar. $75 for open bar, bites and party favors. $150 VIP seating also available. 

AT THE DELTA GRAND II: 9 p.m., 314 Jefferson St., Lafayette. Big Fella and Benji Banx perform as the club hosts its annual $2,000 balloon drop. 

AT VERMILIONVILLE: 9:30 p.m., 300 Fisher Road, Lafayette. Ring in the New Year with Geno Delafose & French Rockin' Boogie. Doors at 8:30 p.m. $35. Tickets and more information at brownpapertickets.com

AT ROUTE 92: 10 p.m., 2600 E. Milton Ave., Youngsville. Cajun country's own Dustin Sonnier rings in the New Year with a set of hits. 

AT MARLEY'S SPORTS BAR: 10 p.m., 407 Jefferson St., Lafayette. DJ Elektro and Emcee J Cool host this free party. Ages 21 and up.
