66th annual Lafayette Mid-Winter Fair Rodeo

The 66th annual Lafayette Mid-Winter Fair Rodeo will take place on January 11 through 14th at Blackham Coliseum in Lafayette. 

Master of ceremonies for this year's rodeo, is 8-time champion PRCA Bull Rider Don Gay who joined us on GMA to talk about the rodeo. The Mid-Winter Fair Rodeo is one of the longest-running PRCA rodeos in America and has been a long-standing tradition in Lafayette. 

Performances begin nightly on Thursday, January 11; Friday, January 12; and Saturday, January 13 at 7:30 pm. There will be a final matinee performance of the rodeo on Sunday afternoon at 2:30 pm.

Tickets can be purchased at the Blackham Coliseum box office starting January 2nd from 9 am to 5 pm every day except Sundays.

Several outlet stores in Acadiana will also be selling tickets until January 13th. A list of participating stores can be found on the rodeo website.
