Man missing out of Ville Platte

VILLE PLATTE, La. -

Ville Platte police are searching for a man, who has been missing since yesterday.

A family member of 56-year-old Amos Jones says he was last seen at his home in the 100 block of Demourelle Street yesterday around 1:00 p.m

The family member also says Jones suffers from dementia and has trouble walking on his own. 

Jones was last seen wearing a purple t-shirt, blue pants and a camouflage cap.

The family member also says he may be in the Eunice area.
