Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff's deputies have arrested three teenagers in connection with a rash of ATV thefts.

Jaquon Pitre, Brennan Hebert, and Kearyck Achane, all 17 and of Welsh, were booked into the parish jail.

Pitre was booked with theft of a motor vehicle. Hebert and Achane were booked with theft of a motor vehicle, illegal possession of stolen things, and obstruction of justice. All three teens were released on their own recognizance.

The investigation began last month when deputies received complaints about a stolen ATV. They found it in Welsh, and Pitre was allegedly riding it, deputies say. They also found another ATV during the investigation, which had been reported stolen in Calcasieu Parish, deputies say.

Deputies believe the ATV stolen from Calcasieu Parish was used to steal the ATV stolen in Jeff Davis Parish. The vehicles have been returned to their owners, deputies say.
