LA DOTD says that there is congestion on I-10 West is now from mile marker 137 (before Ramah) to LA 975 (Whiskey Bay) due to an earlier accident.

Reports are that a stalled vehicle on the roadway caused the right lane to be blocked around 3:00 p.m. today. That incident has been cleared and the right lane of traffic is open.

Heavy congestion remains on the roadway for several miles. Motorists have told us that that congestion is slackening as they move westward.
