A group of officers from the Lafayette Police Department donated toys for a good cause.
The Police Association of Lafayette, which is a part of Lafayette Police Department made a donation Friday afternoon for Toys for Tots. The donation was done in association with the local US Marine Corps Reserve.
The toys donated by officers will go to assist local families and children in need of gifts this Christmas.
The Police Association of Lafayette hopes that with this donation, they can inspire others to make charitable donations this holiday season.
