Police release identity of man wanted in Broussard armed robbery

Investigators say they have identified and obtained a warrant for the suspect wanted in the robbery of  Community First Bank in Broussard.

Police identified the suspect as 29-year-old Jeremie Raymond of New Iberia.  Broussard Police have obtained warrants for Raymond for attempted first-degree murder, armed robbery and Illegal Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon. Jeremie has family and associates in Iberia and the surrounding parishes.  

Broussard Police along with F.B.I. and multiple other agencies are working on tracking him down.  He is considered armed and dangerous. Broussard Police urge anyone who may see Raymond, please contact law enforcement.
