LAKE CHARLES, La. -

Two teens are wanted for aggravated assault after allegedly shooting into a crowd of people.

On Thursday, November 9, 2017, at 3:35 p.m., officers of Lake Charles Police Department responded to the 1600 Block of Arkansas Street in reference to a shooting.  Upon arrival, officers located eight individuals, including a three-year-old child, in front of the residence, according to a spokesman for the department. The victims advised that a Lincoln Navigator passed by their residence and stopped at a nearby intersection.  The victims advised that two males exited the vehicle and began shooting towards the residence as they were standing in the front yard.

J'vaughn Guillory, 19, and a male juvenile are responsible for the assault on the victims, according to detectives.

Detectives prepared warrants on Guillory and the juvenile for eight counts of aggravated assault with a firearm and presented them to Judge Ronald Ware. Judge Ware issued warrants on Guillory with a bond of $200,000.

Anyone with information regarding this crime or the location of Guillory, contact the Lake Charles Police Department at 337-491-1311 or Crime Stoppers at 337-439-2222.
