NEW YORK -

PRESS RELEASE

Lafayette Travel along with Lieutenant Governor Billy Nungesser, the Louisiana Office of Tourism, the Louisiana Seafood Promotion & Marketing Board and the Louisiana Travel Promotion Association (LTPA) partnered with Hoffman Media for the “Sights, Sounds & Tastes of Louisiana.”

The private event allowed guests to experience a true Louisiana festival with live music and special menus featuring Louisiana seafood with a distinct flavor found only in the Bayou State.

Out of 10 chefs selected to represent the state, two were selected from Lafayette. Chef’s Ryan Trahan (Dark Roux) and Chef Holly Goetting (Charley G’s) have already received rave reviews for the gumbo and crawfish etouffee.
