St. Landry Parish officials tell KATC that Opelousas Mayor Reggie Tatum is expected to surrender for booking tomorrow.

Tatum was indicted earlier this week on 15 counts including malfeasance in office and theft, stemming from overtime payments he received after the August 2016 flood.

Judge Alonzo Harris of the 27th Judicial District Court sent the order for Tatum to surrender before 9:00 a.m. on Friday, November 3, 2017. To read more on the indictments brought against Mayor Tatum click here
