Driver in parade crash pleads guilty to felony counts

A man who was drunk and crashed into a crowd of people at a New Orleans parade in February pleaded guilty Friday to felony charges.

Neilson Rizzuto appeared in court for sentencing on misdemeanor charges of vehicular negligent injury, according to WDSU.

Rizzuto pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges in September.
