Football game dates changed due to weather threat

Due to a chance of inclement weather on Friday, some high school football games in Acadiana have changed their game dates from Friday to Thursday.

  • Below are some St. Landry Parish high school football games that have been moved from Friday to Thursday.

         Opelousas High vs. Breaux Bridge moved to Thursday, 10/26 at 7pm at Donald Gardner Stadium

         Beau Chene vs. St. Martinville moved to Thursday, 10/26 at 7p, at St. Martinville Senior High

         Northwest High vs. Eunice moved to Thursday, 10/26 at 7 pm at Eunice High

         Port Barre vs. Crowley moved to Thursday, 10/26 at 7pm at Port Barre

        **North Central High vs. Westminster will remain on Friday, 10/27  at 7pm at Westminster Christian Academy

  • St. Thomas More vs. Carencro High School football game has been moved from Friday to Thursday. 

  • Delcambre High vs. Jeanerette High football game has been moved from Friday to Thursday. 

  • Morgan City High vs. Vanderbilt Catholic football game has been moved from Friday to Thursday.

  • West St. Mary vs. Loreauville has been moved from Friday to Thursday.

  • LCA vs. Gueydan High School football game has been moved from Friday to Thursday Night. 

  • Notre Dame vs Welsh has been moved from Friday to Thursday

  • Rayne vs. Westgate moved from Friday to Thursday 

  • N. Vermilion vs. Kaplan moved from Friday to Thursday
