Halloween Bikes and Barks Pet Fest set for Oct 28

Second Chance Paws is holding their Halloween Bikes and Barks Pet Fest at Cajun Harley Davidson on Saturday, October 28 in Scott. The Pet Fest will begin at 9 am and last until 2 pm and is free to the public and their pets.

This event is all about pets and will feature all the essentials that every pet parent needs to make their best friend happy and comfortable. Acadiana Animal Aid will be on hand at the event to offering pet nail clipping and training tips. The Spay and Neuter Clinic will also be available to provide pets with low cost rabies vaccinations and micro-chipping. 

The big event of the day will be a Halloween Costume Contest for pets. The costume contest is $5 to register. Registration will begin at 12:30 pm. with the contest beginning at 1 pm. There will be hamburgers and sweets available for purchase and a silent auction will be held.
