LAFAYETTE, La. -

Locally owned development company ASX Properties, directed by Mistie Rice Babin, C.E.O., announced Tuesday that its new project, Parc Gardens, will have its first units ready for occupancy by summer of 2018. Parc Gardens will be Lafayette's first luxury apartment community designed for individuals 55 and over that are looking for easy, elevated living.

"I am honored to introduce Parc Gardens to the Lafayette area! I am particularly thrilled to offer our unique version of a modern home, that meets the desires of today's savvy 55+ renters. There is a need in the market for something like this. Not to be confused with need-based care, Parc Gardens will be a place where those over 55 can downsize and stay in Acadiana without having to resort to traditional senior housing," said Evelyn Dore', Regional Director of ASX Properties. "In addition to its close proximity to Parc Lafayette and River Ranch, this one of a kind community is designed to make life simpler and more
enriching. With rates starting at $968.00 per month, residents will be able to enjoy a social lifestyle where they eat, play, and shop."

For more information on availability, rates, and amenities, prospects may call Evelyn Dore' at 337-993-8886. Marketing collateral and other information will be available soon at www.parc-gardens.com. The property is located at 1521 Camellia Boulevard.
