2nd Annual Fit Fest at Moncus Park Oct 7

The 2nd Annual Fit Fest at Moncus Park will be held on Saturday, October 7 at Moncus Park from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Funds from the fest will benefit the the construction of the park. A full array of classes and sessions will be available for those that attend, regardless of physical ability. Those include fitness programs like yoga, kickboxing, boot camps, and more. The classes will begin every hour on the hour during the festival. 

Healthy food and drinks will also be available to those who attend. The festival will also include a 1-mile fun run where attendees can tour the park while getting in a little cardio.

Those interested can pre-register for $10 at fitfestatmoncuspark.com , tickets are $20 for day-of entry into the festival.
