Word Crawl 2017 this Saturday in Downtown Lafayette

The Festival of Words Arts Collective will be hosting  Word Crawl 2017 on Saturday, September 9th, from 12 pm until 12 midnight in Downtown Lafayette.

The event will feature 10-minute reading from poets at six different venues along the streets of downtown. Event goers can listen to poetry from performers who are working to raise money for the upcoming Festival of Words to be held in Grand Coteau from November 2-4 of this year.

The festival will be celebrating it's 10th year anniversary.

The event is free for those who wish to attend. The Word Crawl begins at Reve Coffee Roasters and will finish at Cite Des Arts.
