The New Orleans Bowl weekend will get off to a rocking start. The Beach Boys and Bad Company will kick off the festivities for the game on Friday, December 22 at 5:30 P. M. at the second-annual "Friday Night Concert." The concert will take place in Champion's Square on the Superdome's plaza. Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns will play in the New Orleans Bowl the next morning. Game officials say their opponent will be either Rice or East Carolina.
