Tropical Storm Barry Forms in the Bay of Campeche

The second tropical storm of the Atlantic Season was upgraded Wednesday afternoon in the Bay of Campeche. Tropical Storm Barry, with 40mph sustained winds will make landfall early Thursday near Veracruz, Mexico.
