Zachary man killed in 1 car crash

ZACHARY, La. (AP) - East Baton Rouge Parish sheriff's deputies say they suspect speed was a factor in a fatal crash in which a car driven by a Zachary man overturned after he ran off the road and struck a utility pole.
The accident occurred at 6:35 a.m. Wednesday on East Flonacher Road.
Deputies tell The Advocate 27-year-old Zachary Paul Mounce was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators are awaiting the victim's toxicology results.
