Woman killed in 2 vehicle New Orleans crash

NEW ORLEANS (AP) - New Orleans police say a 60-year-old woman was killed when a van slammed into her Jeep.
The collision happened around 10 p.m. Tuesday.
Officer Garry Flot tells The Times-Picayune Steven Wallace, the driver of the van, was believed to be speeding at the time of the accident.
Flot says the woman, whose identity was not released, died at the scene. An autopsy will determine the cause of death.
Wallace, who was injured during the crash, is in stable condition at a local hospital.
Flot says Wallace will be booked with manslaughter when he is release from the hospital.
