Woman injured in BB gun shooting

VENTRESS, La. (AP) - Pointe Coupee Parish sheriff's deputies say a Ventress woman was airlifted to a Baton Rouge hospital with a punctured lung after being shot three times with a BB gun.
Capt. Steven Juge tells The Advocate detectives arrested 23-year-old Leslie Aguillard and booked her Wednesday on one count of aggravated battery.
Juge says the victim, Michelle Sproles, suffered a partially collapsed lung as a result of the shooting.
