Woman dies in minivan-garbage truck crash

SULPHUR, La. (AP) - Police say a 42-year-old Vinton woman died after the minivan she was driving hit a garbage truck in Sulphur.
Calcasieu Parish sheriff's deputies say Carla Hohn's van collided with a stopped Waste Management truck.
Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Kim Myers tells The American Press Hohn died at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
The accident remains under investigation.
