BAKER, La. (AP) - Baker police say a 50-year-old woman died when the car she was driving pulled in front of a van traveling north on La. Highway 19.
Police Chief Mike Knaps says Jacqueline Murray was pronounced dead at Lane Regional Medical Center after Wednesday afternoon's collision.
Knaps says Murray's 19-year-old daughter and 16-year-old son, along with two people in the van, were transported to area hospitals with moderate injuries.
