A woman who smelled gasoline inside her home looked outside to find a small fire outside of her home and her husband running from her yard. The incident happened shortly after 3am on March 23 in th3 2200 block of Neco Town Road. The woman has an active protective order against her husband, Edward Joseph and was inside the home with her four children at the time. The children's ages are 18, 17, 16, and 12.The fire was extinguished and all of the occupants were evacuated from the residence. A warrant is issued for Edward Joseph for 5 counts of aggravated arson and violation of a protective order. The Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office is asking if anyone having information on Joseph's location to call Detectives at 337-369-3711.
