Woman arrested for alleged theft

Last week, a local clothing store turned to social media to help nail an alleged shoplifter.

Hemline in River Ranch posted a picture on their Facebook page asking for the public's help in identifying her.

Today, Sarah Mowery was arrested without incident at 11:00 am and charged with Felony Theft at Hemline and issued a misdemeanor summons for the theft at Sky Blue Clothing.
