White to offer strategy for schools

NEW ORLEANS (AP) - The new head of the state agency that took control of most New Orleans schools, as well as a few other troubled schools around Louisiana, is scheduled to release a strategic plan developed during his first 100 days in office.
Recovery School District Superintendent John White is to release the plan Tuesday evening at Loyola University. The strategy was developed after White convened four task force committees to gather opinions and information.
