A terrifying musical melody gets you in the Halloween spirit on Friday. UL's Symphony Orchestra dresses for the part at 7:30 in Angelle Hall for this year's Halloween concert.
Local businesses join in on the trick-or-treating. Friday, some merchants in Downtown Crowley pass out treats for "Witchy Way down Main St." from 3:30pm to 5pm. Meantime, "BooFest" opens the doors to trick-or-treaters on Saturday in River Ranch from 3-6pm.
The Rayne Civic Center will be filled with creepy and creative characters. "Fright Fest" provides food and games, along with a massive Halloween costume contest. The ghostly fun takes place between 5:30-7:30 Saturday night.
