Weekend Rundown: October 16, 2009

The International Rice Festival runs through Sunday, October 18th. GMA's Tom Voinche is the Grand Marshall for Saturday's Parade.

The 2nd Annual Boudin Cook-off will be held this Saturday at Parc Sans Souci from 10am-4pm. 20 different meat markets will have samples for 50cents each.
Downtown St. Martinville is home to the Pepper Festival Sunday, October 18th. Activities run all day from 10am-7pm.
The Zoo of Acadiana presents "Boo at the Zoo" this weekend. Members are invited to attend on Saturday, while the general public is scheduled for Sunday, October 18th. Other than the amazing animals, more live entertainment will be on hand for the early Halloween bash.
Kund Fu Panda will be on the big screen for Movies in the Parc. Parc International opens the gates at 7pm.
