After a couple of rounds of tropical showers and storms through Friday night, Acadiana should see lower rain chances this weekend, but a few afternoon showers & storms will still be possible.
Expect partly to at times mostly cloudy skies with an almost summer-like forecast of warm and humid conditions, along with a few scattered "sea-breeze" induced showers and storms, primarily during the midday hours for both Saturaday and Sunday.
Daytime highs will continue in the mid-80s while lows reside near the lower 70s.
Little chamge is anticipated for Monday other than breezier southerly winds.
A cool front will approach the area Tuesday into Tuesday night likely allowing for a better chance of storms.
Thereafter, a pleasant pattern is expected mid-late next week as drier more comfortable air moves into the region.
Daytime highs will be in the upper 70s to lower 80s to finish next week while Acadiana could see overnight lows in the upper 50s!
