Wade Lohse, the man who fled halfway across the country and is now back in the Lafayette Jail and will have a bond hearing today. The U.S. Marshals Service caught him in Philadelphia, and he was returned to Lafayette Sunday.
Well the question now is will a judge even grant him bond today?
Wade Lohse walked out of the Lafayette Parish Courthouse before his vehicular homicide trial started in March.
Due to this, yesterday, authorities tacked on more charges, theft and jumping bail but Lohse will remain in jail until he appears before a judge for his initial charges of vehicular homicide in the death of Cacie Barras Mcgrew. He's also charged with felony possesion of a weapon and burglary.
Authorities say this court appearance might not happen until early July. However Lohse bond hearing is set for one 1p.m. today at the Lafayette Parish Courthouse.
