Agents stopped Willis and advised him of their intentions. Officers also utilized a K-9 from the Abbeville Police Department to run on the vehicle Willis was driving. After further investigating the juvenile passenger who was in the vehicle with Willis, advised agents that upon the stop Willis handed her several pills and suspected crack cocaine and asked her to hold the items in an attempt hide the illegal substances from law enforcement.
