Vermilion Catholic Closed, ACT testing to resume

School Officials at Vermilion Catholic would like to remind those students who will be taking the ACT, to report to Mt. Carmel Elementary as previously scheduled.

Assistance will be provided that day should anyone have any questions and/or concerns. Since the school is undergoing cleaning because of the drainage issues on Thursday, no one will be available to answer phones.

Vermilion Catholic High School in Abbeville will be closed due to drainage problems on the school's campus.

At this point, administrators say school will reopen on Monday, October 26, 2009.
