US 90 Fatal

At 2:48PM, Troop I was advised of a Fatal Crash on US 90 east of LA 92. Upon arrival, Troopers learned that this was a two vehicle crash involving a Chevy pick up truck (Vehicle #1) and a Chevy Blazer (Vehicle #2). Vehicle #1 was east-bound on US 90 and Vehicle #2 was west-bound on US 90. Vehicle #1 crossed the median entering the opposing west-bound lanes. Vehicle #1's front end struck the left side of Vehicle #2. This is the 57th Fatal Crash for the year and the 65th Fatality for the year.
