Update: Train moved, parade rolling again

Update: The train has been moved, and the parade is moving. We still don't know yet if someone was in the vehicle.
Earlier story:
A train hit a car and is blocking the Lafayette Mardi Gras Festival Parade which started at 1:00. Lafayette Police Dept. Cpl. Paul Mouton is gathering information about the location and whether anyone was in the vehicle. The vehicle may have just been parked too close to the tracks with no one in it.
