Update: "No new charges" in Broussard rape

A man Broussard Police say drove a rape suspect and his two victims to an abandoned home will not face charges.

Police say the driver was questioned but detectives have determined he was not present when the rape occurred, nor had knowledge of it.

26-year-old Terrance Lee of Broussard is facing two counts of aggravated rape. Police say Lee and the driver picked-up two women on Cameron St. in Lafayette early Friday morning.

Lee and the two women were dropped off at an abandoned home on Gustave St. in Broussard where police say Lee duct taped the women at knife point and raped them.
