Update: Johnston Street closed due to spill

UPDATE: All lanes of Johnston Street were re-opened at 7:30 pm, Friday night
The spokesperson for the company (NALCO) that owns the truck involved in the accident on Johnston Street says the material is NOT hazardous. It is a water clarifier; it is a mildly corrosive material, and 3 to 4 gallons spilled.
