A fatal accident in Scott- police say a man suffered a heart attack and lost control of his vehicle- he then veered into the opposite lane of traffic.
It happened on highway 93, just a few yards away from Rue Bon Secours.
The man who has been identified as the victim in this wreck is Bradley Rosser from Vatican. This is a huge loss for his family as he was the father of 8 adopted children.
Shortly before news time an accident reconstruction team was at the site of this crash trying to get more details about how it all played out.
We know Brad was in a silver Mazda and when he went on to the wrong side of the road he struck a green pickup.
Meanwhile Brad's wife and children are in the early planning stages of his funeral.
Brad worked at Sams in the tire center. He and his family took many vacations together- they especially liked cold weather spots. They have 8 adopted children, of different races, some with special needs.
The driver in the second vehicle has not been identified, but we're told he was not seriously hurt.
