UL: Weather Won't Effect University

The University of Louisiana - Lafayette is monitoring the weather closely for the next few days. There are no plans to cancel classes or close the university at this time. All weekend events are still as scheduled.
The university will be closed for the Labor Day holiday Monday, Sept. 5. And classes are expected to resume normally on Tuesday, Sept. 6.
For any updates on on cancellations or closures, there is a 24-hour hotline at (337)482-2222. Also, stay tuned to KATC, KATC.COM, and www.louisiana.edu.
